Eden of the East can be a Japanese anime television show, which premiered on Fuji TV's noitaminA time-slot. Created, directed and written by Kenji Kamiyama, it includes character designs by Chika Umino and animation production by Generation I.G. According to a classic story by Kamiyama, it's the primary original noitaminA collection. Eden of The East Compilation: Air Communication, A compilation of this television show, had a small theatrical release on September 26, 2009. Two theatrical films have been published. Eden of the East Movie I: The King of Eden premiered on November 28, 2009 in Japan and Eden of the East the Movie II: Paradise Lost, also the film, premiered on March 1-3, 2010. The TV show and both films have been licensed for release in North America from Funimation Entertainment. On December 27, 2010, the show made its North American introduction to the FUNimation Channel.
