Second thoughts is really just a British sitcom that ran from 3 May 1991 to 14 October 1994. It created by LWT and had been broadcast on ITV. A sequel, Faith in the future accompanied it. Thoughts followed the lives of 2 divorcees, Bill MacGregor and Faith Greyshott, despite the pressures pulling it apart, from different backgrounds seeking to produce a relationship. Thoughts was established upon the relationship of their authors, husband and wife Jan Etherington and Gavin Petrie. July 1992, it originally aired as a radio set on BBC Radio 4 broadcast between 1 2-3 and November 1988. Radio stations series consisted of a Christmas special broadcast and four series using a total of 3 1 episodes in 1992. Radio stations scripts were used for its television set on ITV. The fifth show has been believed weaker. It was the sole real series not to be based on the radio scripts. Secondly thoughts ended on 14 October 1994, but has been replicated on ITV3. The radio series is replayed on BBC7.
